DIESEL MECHANIC

A full-time position is available for a qualified Diesel Mechanic to join our innovative and dynamic operation at Gooloogong NSW. This opportunity will see you working in a new workshop, across a modern fleet of cropping, harvest, earthmoving and logistics machinery. The opportunity provides for secure, long-term employment in a safety driven environment.

The successful applicant will have a can do attitude, have the ability to work as part of our team and communicate effectively with all levels within the company.

Key accountabilities include:
• Daily servicing and repair of modern farm machinery and truck fleet
• Maintenance of fixed plant, water supply and general farm repairs
• Attending to breakdowns as per on call roster
• Completion of documentation for servicing and breakdowns
• Ensuring all safety procedures and standards are adhered to
• Ensuring the workshop is a clean and safe work environment

The successful applicant will possess:
• Heavy Diesel Mechanic Trade Qualification
• MC Licence (desirable)
• Welding Ticket (desirable)
• Forklift and EWP tickets (desirable)
• A willingness to be part of a safety culture that follows WHS policies and procedures.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work well as a team and independently

Maintenance Team Member

Today's dairy farms rely on machines and technology - from tractors to irrigators, trucks to sophisticated milking equipment. Our workshop and maintenance team play a key role right across the farm, maintaining the vast range of plant and equipment that keep the farm rolling.

A full-time position is available to join our Maintenance team at Gooloogong NSW. Working across modern dairy facilities, you will be exposed to a broad range of innovative technology and equipment. The Maintenance Team are focused on scheduled servicing and repairs to dairy equipment and livestock facilities. The opportunity provides for secure, long-term employment in a safety driven environment.

Key accountabilities include:
• Daily servicing and repair of dairy equipment and livestock facilities
• Maintenance of fixed plant, water supply and general farm repairs
• Attending to breakdowns as per on call roster
• Completion of documentation for servicing and breakdowns

• White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
• Experience in construction or maintenance (essential)

Feed Technician

We are looking for a Feed Technician to join us at our progressive and innovative dairy farm in Gooloogong, NSW. This opportunity is for a skilled machinery operator who is passionate, highly motivated, dependable and has an eye for detail. Experience with machinery is essential.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Operating large machinery to mix and deliver feed to our livestock
  • Working to strict scheduling guidelines
  • Operating machinery safely
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A strong work ethic with good time management skills
  • Good communication skills with a strong team spirit and a commitment to attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to follow protocols and adhere to safety standards

Q FEVER IMMUNITY

 

It is a requirement of roles located on farm that you:

  • have been vaccinated for Q Fever; or
  • can demonstrate immunity; or
  • intend to complete vaccination for Q Fever prior to commencement of employment.

 

It is highly recommended for roles that are not located on farm to be vaccinated for Q Fever, as you may be required to attend the farm during the course of your employment.

 

NOTE: Successful applicants may apply for reimbursement of their Q Fever vaccination related costs after completion of 4 months of continuous employment.
